The navigable flow conditions are improved by clearing reefs and other measures to reduce the velocity and ratio drop in the rapplain section, reduce the difficulty of ship control, improve the navigable safety guarantee ability of the engineering river section, and basically meet the needs of ship navigation in separate lanes. The channel grade of the project construction is Class ⅰ, and the standard scale of the channel is 4.5 m ×150 m ×1000 m (navigation depth × navigation width × bending radius). The main construction contents include: the river sections of the project, such as Tiger Liang, Dadukou, Girder and Monk Beach, which have prominent problems obstructing navigation, are remedied. A total of 1.1494 million square meters of rocks and 105,800 square meters of overburden are removed. One tiger Liang habitat reconstruction area will be constructed, 20 pole bank markers will be transformed into tower markers, and 5 beidou monitoring terminals will be equipped with channel hydrology and multiple elements. The construction period is 54 months.
